Temidayo Ogunmodede

Hi my name is Temidayo Ogunmodede, I graduated from Wayzata High School and will be attending  St. Olaf College in the fall to study music and math and eventually go to medical school to become a dermatologist. In High School, I had the following accomplishments:

  • Finalist in 2019 Regional NATS Auditions in classical voice
  • Semi finalist in 2018 MN NATS Auditions in classical voice
  • 2nd place in 2018 MMTA Young Artist Voice Contest
  • 1st place in 2017 MMTA Voice Contest
  • Honorable mention in 2016 MMTA Voice Contest
  • High Distinction in 2018 and 2019 district and regional Solo and Ensemble Festival
  • 2018-19 Concert Choir member
  • 2017 Wayzata Idol Winner
  • Member of 2018 Vive Voce (auditioned ensemble). Got high distinction scores in  district and regional Solo and Ensemble Festival.
  • High distinction score on all MMTA Piano Theory Exams Levels
  • National Anthem singer at high school football, basketball, and hockey games. Also at the Medina Golf & Country Club Charity Classic and the 2018 JGA National Hockey Tournament
  • Sang at multiple school talent shows and act as guest
  • Performed at numerous MMTA piano solo and ensemble festivals and competitions
  • Math mentor for underclassmen students at Wayzata High School.

Outlook: I aspire to be happy in whatever career I end up in. If it’s medicine, the music industry, or something I haven’t discovered yet, I just want to be content with my life.
